To put this all in context, go to Syria and ask the people if they would swap a few months of lockdown for 9 years of brutal civil war.

Western people largely have no real concept of true adversity and hardship.

When you have found your nephew passed away at 28, many months of hell watching your father needlessly fade away and fight to save your mother's life via CPR, in highly compressed time frame, then being locked down etc is not remotely hardship. Appreciate what's truly important
