We will in no way sell, rent or trade email lists or other personal data with third-parties for marketing purposes. In this Privacy Policy, we provide detailed information on the personal data we collect, when and why we collect it and how we use it.

Our websites use cookies to collect information.  This includes information about browsing and purchasing behaviour by people who access our websites.  This includes information about pages viewed, products purchased and the customer journey around our websites.

By using and browsing our website, you consent to cookies being used in accordance with our policy. If you do not consent, you must disable cookies or refrain from using the site. For more information about cookies, including how we use them and how to disable them, read our full Cookie Policy.

When someone visits we use a third-party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. Click here to view Google’s privacy policy.

As part of the registration process for our mailing list, we collect email addresses. We use those email addresses to send you emails when new posts are added to our website and any other updates and information that pertains to this website. Your email address will only be collected and added to our mailing list once you have signed up with your email address via the form on our website, or if you have contacted us and specifically asked to be added to our mailing list. We do not rent or trade email lists with third-parties.

We also collect email addresses for a separate mailing list, which is used only for Premium Content subscribers. These email addresses are collected upon registration for our Premium Content service. We use this mailing list only to send emails when new podcasts are available on our website and any updates or information regarding our Premium Content service. Again, we do not rent or trade email lists with third-parties.

We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our mailing services. You can unsubscribe from our mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails or by emailing us via the contact form on our website.

When you purchase a membership on our website, your email address and username will be stored in our system. If you have registered via Paypal, we will also see the name and email address that is associated with your Paypal account. If you have registered via Stripe (debit/credit card), we will see the last four digits of your debit/credit card, the type of card being used (Visa/Mastercard etc.) the card’s expiration date and the country of origin.

When a customer registers via Paypal, we will ask the customer to email us a preferred password so that we may set up their account for access to our Premium Content. Passwords can be changed by the customer at any time.

In some cases, customers may wish to make payments via bank transfer. In this case, we do not ask for any personal data. Once payment has been made into our bank account, we will only see the name that is associated with the customer’s bank account.

We do not sell, rent or trade this data with any third-parties.
