We devote much of today's double podcast to discussing the recent Russia - Africa Summit which reflects not only the seismic shift in Africa but increasingly the role that Russia is playing in the ongoing development of the multipolar world. We conclude assessing recent developments in Niger and why this could be seen as a watershed moment for the end of what we might term neo-colonialism.
